He competes regularly in professional events such as Polaris, Grapplefest, Samurai Grappling and Subover80 where he has become known for his submission grappling skills. Bringing unrivalled energy and passion to the role Laura has built the T45 Women’s only program to be one of the largest and most successful in Cork. Laura also boasts a very strong competitive record with Gold Medals in Multiple IBJJF Events including The Irish open, the New York Open, the Toronto Open.
