Laura Power is our Women’s Coach in T45 BJJ Cork

Laura holds a purple belt in BJJ and has a long history of training at a high level in traditional sports. This has transferred into Laura’s competitive drive in Jiujitsu competition.

In her time competing in Jiujitsu Laura has collected Gold medals in prestigious ibjjf events including the Irish open, the New York open and the Toronto Open.

Bringing an unrivalled energy to her classes Laura has built one of the most successful women’s program in Cork.
