T45 Jiujitsu Academy is Midleton’s only full time Jiujitsu Academy with professional black belt instruction. Custom fitted with 140sqm of training space with matted floors perfect for high quality martial arts training. We also have a weights area with a squat rack, Olympic bar and plates for strength and conditioning training.
